Note: Cancellation Policy Change in 2023
We are sure you can understand our desire to provide quality care promptly to all of our patients. When a surgical or dental procedure appointment is missed, it prevents us from offering care to another pet who needs it. Therefore, a missed surgical appointment charge may be applied starting January 1, 2023. Please check back for more information.
Concierge Curbside Service
We are happy to continue our curbside service for those clients wishing to remain in their car or outside while their pet is being treated. Clients are welcome to come inside based on preference and exam room availability.
Please call upon arrival or check-in online and remain outside or in your car until you hear back from our team.
For food and most pre-ordered medication pickups, prepaid orders will be in the vestibule with your name on it. Please note that we need at least an hour to fill pre-ordered food and medication requests between order and prescription pickup.
