At Animal Medical Center at Fort Sheridan, we strive to provide timely and efficient prescription refill services for our valued clients. Please note the following information regarding our prescription refill process:

Processing Time:
Prescription refill requests may take up to 24 hours to be fulfilled.

Veterinarian Approval:
All patient records are thoroughly reviewed and approved by our experienced veterinarian before any prescription refills are processed.

Communication on Refill Status:
Should we encounter any issues preventing us from processing a refill, a member of our dedicated staff will promptly reach out to you.

Notification of Ready Prescription:
Once your prescription order is ready for pick up, you will receive a notification via text message or phone call.

Exclusive Service for Established Clients:
Please note that our prescription refill service is exclusively offered to established clients of Animal Medical Center at Fort Sheridan.

These professionals have been like Angels to our family. They have taken care of our sweet old boy Karma. They have given tirelessly of themselves during the pandemic and I am so happy we found a Vet that I truly trust and appreciate. 10/10 would reccomend!

The doctor was very helpful and friendly. He was able to provide me with education about my dog in a very easy to understand manner. The price was great and the location is amazing. I will definitely be taking my dog here while we are stationed in Illinois.

Dr Kordell is a wonderful vet as are the supporting vets, in fact the whole team at this practice are fabulous. I would n’t take my dogs anywhere else.

Jeff Kordell is the best vet! I have been a pet owner for about two years now. When I first got my dog I went to 7 different vets before a friend told me about AMC. This office is an hour away from my house and is SO worth the drive! The office is very clean and the staff is wonderful. If you are looking for a vet that truly loves animals, look no further!
